HIGH-QUALITY WOOD, PRECIOUS METAL AND DIAMONDS
We use high-quality materials for your individual wooden jewellery. You can expect a large selection of unique types of wood from all over the world, whose colour and texture give each ring its individual look.
To ensure that your wooden jewellery is durable and also protected from water, we have designed a pressure vessel in which all rings are pressure-impregnated at six bar in an oil bath.
Our types of wood
There are no limits to your imagination: the combination of different types of wood or a stone inlay create wonderful colour combinations; however, the unique, natural grains of an olive, lilac or beech wood, for example, are just as beautiful.

OUR PRECIOUS METALS
On request, we can also add selected precious metals, radiant diamonds or unusual stone inlays to your exclusive wooden jewellery. To ensure ecological and ethical responsibility, our precious metal comes from recycled Swiss old gold and silver.
STONE INLAY AND BRILLIANTS
We also pay attention to sustainable procurement when it comes to diamonds. They are either subject to the Kimberley Process or we obtain them from trustworthy Swiss sources that have a certificate of origin. We can also use laboratory diamonds on request.

Bentwood takes this inimitable charm of wooden jewellery to a new level with a new, self-developed production process: we produce high-quality and durable wooden rings and pieces of wooden jewellery by hand. You receive a piece of nature as quality jewellery and, thanks to the unique pattern and production according to your wishes, always a personal one-off.

Can you create really elegant and delicate rings from wood?
Definitely! Thanks to the fine layers of wood, we can make delicate and narrow creations that resemble the classic metal ring.
Do wooden rings absorb water in everyday life?
No need to worry. Thanks to our unique manufacturing method, our rings can be worn without any problems when washing your hands, showering or doing the dishes. Our wooden rings also love to be worn in the sea, sauna, steam bath, indoor pool or mountain lake
I have to disinfect my hands every day. Can the ring withstand this?
Don’t worry, our rings are treated with a resin that won’t be damaged even by the best disinfectant, the strongest nail polish remover or even thinner.
Can I wear the ring as a craftsman at work?
Wood is a durable material! Our wooden rings can also be worn while working on the building site, in the workshop or in the yard. The rings are fit for everyday use – whether with a shovel, keyboard, scalpel or hammer. Nevertheless, always pay attention to your safety and check whether it would not be better to take off all jewellery in the respective situation.
Does the ring require frequent maintenance?
Our wooden rings are easy to care for, or rather very self-sufficient. As the wood of the ring is treated with oil and can also absorb fats and oils in everyday life, the ring takes care of itself in everyday life with contact with hand cream, sun cream, oil when cooking and body lotion after showering. However, if the ring needs to be refreshed after a few years, we’ll be happy to do so – free-of-charge, of course.
Can the size of the ring be changed after completion?
We always look to the future. That’s why we always design all wooden rings with the option of resizing them in the future – whether larger or smaller is irrelevant.
